Hi guys,

So, I received the RFE letter and it requested me to fill out section B in page 2 since I failed to list my spouse info. :whistle:

When I send it back aside from attaching the original blue form (I-797E, Notice of Action), do I need to fill and sign a new completed I-485 or just fill out 1 page copy of I-485 provided by USCIS?

Hi Prettysunshine,

I was never in your situation before so my suggestion may not be right, but if this were to happen to me, I would send in a new one as well as the 1 page copy that USCIS provided (fill this one out too). That way they will got more than what they need.
