i met a friend who was here and got married within the 90 days she was denied her 2 year green card because of finances only (funny this was not a problem during the interview ) so i am asking advice should she reapply with a co sponsor also found out they did not include all the assets and can do this not

Most likely she can. She needs to make sure she was "denied without prejudice" which, from what you describe, is what happened. She should come here and say what happened. Third-party stories have a tendency to get mixed up.

"Within the 90 days" do you mean she used the vwp and had a 90 day stay OR she was adjusting from a k-1 visa and had to marry within 90 days?

If she is adjusting from a vwp entry, I believe there is no appeal, but I could be wrong.
