hey guys iam posting on behalf of my friend who married his USC about a year and 4 months he got here on k-3 visa and now his wife is really treating him as a slave he is so sad and miserable and abused emotionally and all the evidence he has is pictures and emails from her and bank statment and car insurance he is getting a divorce and he got his green card then what to do to remove his condition because he doesnt have many evidence that USCIS ask for?he is really a slave i feel bad for him :)

What is it that we read so often on VJ - if a case is simple and straightforward and has no issues, you don't need a lawyer?

I sense that this case has issues. Consult with an immigration attorney to discuss them.
