BHOPAL PSK Not Issuing PCC, What to Do? Please HELP

Hello Friends,

My wife went to Bhopal, PSK to get PCC. They have told that they have not received the Police Report Yet from passport office, check back again after some time, they did not provide any cocrete answer or time. how is this possible since Bhpoal Passport Office issues passports 2 months ago. It seems like there is terf going on between Bhopal Passport Office and PSK(TCS) and they are pointing fingers at each other.

Does anybody else faced simialr situation?, what are our options besides going again after few days?
