i have a question i already sent off everything that NVC ask but they don't receive our affidavit of support yet.i also payed off the fees.Can i get my medical examination done before NVC forward my case to US embassy manila?I just want to finish my medical exam now and just go for interview when they contact me.what documents do i need to bring to get the medical examination.thanks and looking forward for your informations

actually its not for me its for my kids.IR-2 is there category.we got mnl number already and sent all the papers that NVC requested but i forgot to sign my I864a so they ask me for a new one thats all they ask.they should get the I864a that i sent last saturday by thursday or sooner thats why im wondering if i go ahead now and take the kids to st lukes and have their medical done.thank u for your response:)

what kind of letter do i need i got a copy of all the receipt that i pay all the fees and cover sheets that all i got.

Yes, your kids can go for their medical exams anytime between NVC case number received and interview date. Here is the list of requirements: http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#required-docs and here is where you can pre-register online: http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/

But keep in mind, their interview date is probably more than a month out from now, and their visa validity will be limited by the validity of the medical exam results.

How old are your kids? If they are less than 15 years old, don't have them go to SLEC on a Thursday - they will need to have a tuberculin skin test done which should be read after 48-72 hours.

04/05/12 - NOA-2

Your I-130 was approved in 184 days from your NOA1 date.

04/23/12 - NVC received both cases (18 days/12 business days from NOA-2)

05/07/12 - Case numbers and IIN's (14 days/10 business days since NVC received)

they are only 7 and 8 years old.i know for sure that almost of the filipinos are positive with the tb skin test,is this gonna be a problem for them to enter the US?thanks so much guys for information it helps me alot
