2ND NVC CHECKLIST

hello guys...the first time that we received a checklist from nvc,they are saying that we need to fill out an i-864 for the joint sponsor..and so we did send that completed form together with the coversheet,and just today we yet received another checklist letter from them and this is what the checklist contains....

If a period of one year passes without contacting the NVC (by e-mail, telephone, or mail), all

submitted fees and documents will expire. Upon expiration, the fees and documents would need to

be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

THATS THE WHOLE LETTER,I JUST CHANGED THE CASE NUMBER AND THE NAMES FOR IT TO BE MORE PRIVATE....CAN U PLS EXPLAIN THE MEANING OF THIS CHECKLIST GUYS..THNX

Timeline

No, NVC is NOT asking anything besides telling you that you case is in waiting list for further process (Interview date???).

Most of the time, if the country is not in Electronic Process ( EP), NVC does not inform the applicant/petitioner about the case complete during NVC phase. So, call them @ given number for peace of mind.....
