I cant believe it.......mum wrote,signed and sent off an affadavit towards evidence of a bonafide marriage and she went and spelt my hubbys middle name wrong,its laurence and she spelt it lawrence......are we put back yet another week whilst she redoes it and we fly it over to the States? Im gutted,we was gunna post it all tomorrow :crying:

Very doubtful you will get a RFE or denial regarding your mother's inability to spell his middle name correctly. Hopefully, you have other evidence as well and this is not the only evidence you have.

No worries. Submit the affidavit or leave it out. No difference.
