NVCResearch or NVCInquiry??

I am an applicant of I-130. My I-130 is approved by USCIS at 6th July 2012. It took 1 month 3 days to receive my case by NVC. In the mean time I go through this website as I was worried. I found that people here talking about contacting to NVCResearch@state.gov email id, but in my paper (sent by USCIS) I find the contacting email is NVCInquiry@state.gov. And recently NVC contact with us through NVCInquiry@state.gov. Still I do not find any reference of NVCResearch@state.gov in the website of NVC, but here I find that it is a helpful email id for all.

Can anybody please clear my confusion about the email id? What is the authorized email id by NVC?

You send all email to the NVC Inquiry email address.

NVC Research is only used when it's been so many business days from NOA2 (and no case number assigned yet) and you want to send NVC a copy of your acceptance notice, so they can try to locate your case in the building (if it's there). Since you have your case number already, sending email to this address would be absolutely pointless.

you will get any response from them after 2 weeks approximately.
