FEE FOR I-864 IN I-485 PACKAGE

just short question. The fee for I-485 + I-765+ I-131 is 1070$ .How about filling fee for

I-864 also included in package? Is it incl in 1070$ or should be paid add 88$ ??

It is part of I-485 application package and doesn't need to be paid separately. $1070 is the total fee, do not add extra $88, if you do your application will be rejected and sent back to you.

No you don't add the $88 fee, that is for the IR1/CR1 process, it's just $1070 total.

6 to be safe. Some have got away with just 2, others have submitted 2 and received an RFE for the rest. I submitted 6.

Going back to our subject, I faund another interesting informatiin :

".. you must submit .. identical color photographs of yourself TAKEN WITHIN 30 DAYS of the filing of applicatioin I-485..''

Well.. we need to submit not only 6 but also brand new pictures..
