Hi eveyrone,

We had our i-129f expedite request approved, and then within an hour or two we received another email from the officer workingo n our case asking for evidence. The evidece requested was the intent to marry letter. we had already submitted our letters to ur attorney but we hadnt signed or dated them and this is what they were requesting. Does anyone know if this will delay our case substantially or if we woul dhave to request expedited handling again or if we got the RFe back to them within a couple of days we would still have our case processed expeditiously.

Please help, we are desperate to get married before he is deployed early next year.

Any idea of how long it should take now we have the RFe even though the expedited request was aapproved would be appreciated.

Thanks

Have your husband contact the Military Hotline maybe that would help to speed up the process...because RFE sometimes delay the process but knowing that you got expedite hope they'll figure it out...
