Good certificates request by NVC

My friend atty informed NVC wants GCC from both states he lived in, so now he has to get fingerprinted in his counry to

send to both states who will send reports to NVC via atty, anyone heard of this.....how long afer might embassy date in

kingston follow?

this is normal , is a requirement of the DS-230, for document intake into NVC.

How familar are you with this process, and why are you getting involved?

The atty has already given advice - what's the issue?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

ok - study the CR-1 visa guide section here at VJ. it outlines all that's required.

Get stumped? Study the official DS-230 instructions as well, from the Department of State.
