Hello everyone

Its getting close for me to become a US citizen,

My question is:

If is possible to file a petition of AOS for my mother in the US, and at the same time file a petition for my fiance to bring her to the United states.

is it possible to file this two applications at once

please let me know

Thank you in advance!!!

I think the only limiting factor would be that both would need a sponsor, and if you were to be the sponsor for both you would need considerable income.

I hope you don't mean sending them now while you are not a citizen just because you expect to be so shortly.

As a USC I see no reason why you would not be able to petition both fiance and parent, for the support if its just the three of you, you would need to be over 23k a year. That is not that much.

Household of 4 needs over 29k a year.

Good Luck!!

You can file as many petitions as you have eligible relatives, and you can file them at the same time, if you choose.
