Hello everybody

I'm ready to file so please review my list;

I-130

1. Money order for 420$

2. Form I-130

3. Birthcertificat of petitioner

3.1 biographical passport page of petitioner

4. Copy of immigrants birthcertificat

4.1 biographical passport page of immigrant

5. Copy of marriage certificat

6. Copy of petitioners divorce document

7. G-325 filled out by petitioner and beneficiary with passport style picture

9. Evidence of bona fide marriage;

9.1 lease agreement of the past three years

9.2 joint bank account statement

9.3 birthcertificat of our son

9.4 three affidavits of support from family and friends

9.5 pictures

I-485

2. Form i485

4. Copy of my passport ( biographical page and latest entry stamp)

Is that enough? Am I missing something?

Looks good :)

Just to clarify, copy of immigrant's birth certificate includes certified translation, yes? Also, if I remember correctly, you should include a copy of the immigrant's entry stamps with form I-130.

Also, your G-325 in the I-485 packet needs TWO passport photos, not one. That's in addition to the TWO required for the I-765.

Don't forget to sign your cover sheet (I assume you have one) and all other loose pages. Finally, make sure you have an exact copy of the packet you send! It REALLY helps in case you need to reference anything and especially helps in case they "lose" any of your paperwork.

Day 7.....4/10/12 - Email Acceptance Confirmation for all 3!
Day 13...4/16/12 - NOAs for I-130, I-485, EAD received in mail.
Day 16...4/19/12 - NOA for Biometrics appointment Received. Scheduled for 4/27/12.
Day 20...4/23/12 - Biometrics appointment completed, early walk-in at different location!
Day 66...6/07/12 - EAD Production!!! Lucky, 2 days before this we submitted a change of address from ND to PA
Day 70...6/11/12 - 2nd EAD Production 6/12/12 - EAD mailed! Interview scheduled for July 13th!
Day 73...6/14/12 - EAD in hand!
Day 82...6/23/12 - We mailed letter to old Office to confirm change of address and cancel our July 13th interview. Received NOA for an Interview scheduled in Philadelphia Office on July 24th!
Day 92...7/03/12 - July 24th interview was cancelled (file did not get in on time). Got NOA for interview on August 9th!
Day129..8/09/12 - INTERVIEW! Received card production email 8hrs later! 8/10/12 - Email NOAs, approved I-130 and I-485!
Day138..8/18/12 - GC DELIVERED!!! Emails received: 2nd card production email on 8/15, card mailed on 8/15, card picked up by USPS on 8/15.

12/13/12 - Filed for divorce 8/2/13 Entered Divorce Decree

Good! I copied all of them.. just to be safe. Not sure if all were required but I like playing it safe when it comes to immigration :)

BUT I did not copy any blank passport pages. Just the passport bio page and all stamps.

And, you're very welcome.

OH I would HIGHLY suggest you lay a G-1145 on top of each packet so that you get separate notifications once your packets are received and processed. Then you will also be able to go online and set up your case and set up alerts (I found out my green card was approved instantly though email alerts, thanks to the G-1145) !

Not sure, but I printed 3 copies (just to be safe) and put one on top of I-130, one on top of I-485 and one on top of I-765.

When they received it, I got separate emails for each form which was GREAT.

It's worth the ink in my opinion!
