Just received my second EAD text update. How many more before it ships?

Today I received my EAD without any prior email notice or text, however, I notice most of you received an interview date before getting your EAD. I did not and I wonder if I have been overlooked?

I got my EAD notice but no signs of an interview. My office is Chicago and their processing time is 4.4 months...my EAD/AP combo was approved 2 months after the day I sent my paperwork

Day 0 08/21/2012 Sent I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131

Day 1 Received the next day via UPS

Day 6 08/27/2012 email and text for all 4

Day 10 08/31/12 NOA1 for all 4 and Biometric appointment for 09/21

Day 18 09/08/12 REF on I-485, waiting for the letter

Day 31 09/21/12 Biometrics done

Day 34 09/24/12 RFE hard copy for I-864

Day 51 10/11/12 RFE Response sent (about 30 days behind)

Day 55 10/15/12 RFE response review

Day 64 10/24/12 Online status changed to EAD/AP Card production

Day 72 11/01/12 EAD/AP Card arrived!!

Day 73 11/02/12 Interview SMS for December 3rd

Day 76 11/05/12 Applied for SSN and HARD COPY of Interview

just got the EAD :) it was shipped via USPS Priority mail. so it took 2 days after the "mailed" notification.

I guess I should expect it at the end of the week then?

Incidentally, how did everyone get on at the Social Security Office when applying for their SSN using ther EAD?

Congrats on all the EAD movement! I wish everyone the best of luck in finding jobs! :) I know my hubby is thrilled to be on that hunt himself. I teased him the other day that he's happier to get EAD than he will be GC. ;)

On a side note, been watching the news. Kim & all on the east coast, stay safe & try to stay warm & dry. Prayers & thoughts are with you.

I got my text too, apparently our case is getting update at the same time.

On October 30, 2012, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

We should have it on monday at the latest

Day 0 08/21/2012 Sent I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131

Thanks everyone!! We are good. Gesi is in Florida and wasnt effected being on the western side of the state. I was called into work Monday morning and left this morning at 7am, to be on standby but work was slow (thank goodness). People took the warnings seriously and wasn't out on the roads. We received almost 8inches of rain but faired well with the winds. Just little damage in all. Other areas were not as lucky. But all in all, I think we came out lucky!!

And Gesi's GC came in the mail today!!! I put my notice in and my boss flipped! I offered a 30 day notice and she said she is not accepting it yet. She said give her a week and we will talk again, lol not sure what that is about but she clearly does not want me to leave. She asked if Gesi can't find a job in this area. lol I guess we'll see what she says in a week or so.

And congrats for all the movement to everyone!!! Things are moving for sure!!! :)

Nursing shortage = job security!! Yay nurses! :) Glad y'all are safe. :)

USPS took 2 days to deliver our EAD card, so hopefully those with EAD coming get them soon!
