23 days since my biometric and I am starting to think that something might be wrong. My I-485 is still at 'Acceptance', I would have thought it would have changed to 'Initial Review' by now? Everything else has (I-130 and I-765). I don't know how long I'm supposed to wait before I can call someone and ask them what's going on?

I don't think the status changes on the I-485 and I-130 until after your interview, unless you got an rfe!

I had my biometrics three weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet.

I believe it also depends on what city you live in.

Yeah, I'm just trying to find an excuse to be annoyed with the process today!

If you want to be bother, call the missinformation line, ask to talk to an ISO, wait for over 30 minutes on the phone, tell them that your status never changed and when they tell you to wait, ask WHY.

That will do it, hahaha

just think about your due day to get interview on day 28 (this month standard) after bio. If it comes before great!. if not, you won't stress about it.

+ it could even be more since california is super busy and interviews depend on local office

i-485 stays in acceptance until RFE or interview. i-765 stays on initial review until EAD in production. I-130, dunno, but mine is still on initial review

If you want to be bother, call the missinformation line, ask to talk to an ISO, wait for over 30 minutes on the phone, tell them that your status never changed and when they tell you to wait, ask WHY.

hahaha! hopefully you'll get the girl that reads the manual backwards and has no idea what day we live in, and tells you'll your interview in May!

I already called the line again today, to amuse myself mainly. I didn't get any info - quelle surprise!

My office is Atlanta, GA. I know it was packed when I went for my biometrics so I'm assuming that has something to do with it

28 days would put it next Wednesday then...

Like I said I am in L.A.. When I went for my biometrics, I got there 20 minutes before they even opened. I was 8th in line and it took 1 1/2 hours until it was my turn ( first come, first served)

I can only imagine how long it will take for an interview.

Have you ever looked at the uscis site how long their timeline is?

I want my interview notice too!!! I'm so impatient!
