Ok, on the edge of having a meltdown. I got the paperwork from my father in law, and guess what??? He didn't read it, half of it is incomplete (i can solve that) but he signed in the WRONG place. OMG! i'm so sorry. Maybe you should fill out the form yourself then send them back to him with an X in the spot where he needs to sign.

I filled out the form for him, only left blank where I didn't knew the info (like SSN, etc) Sent him an email whit the exact spots where he needed to complete the info and said, date and sign at the END. WRONG!!!

How bad forging a signature is? Because I will totally do it! I did it with my parents through my entire HS...hahaha

I think they need all the forms to have the original signature. Just have him mail the last page with the signature. Priority mail maybe?

LOl only if it would be that easy. I think having him resend it is the smarter thing to do. try to gather up some more patience cause u gonna need it lol. How many days left to respond

A lot! Give it or take 60...since took them 16 days to mail me the RFE letter. I know hi will overnight it and I can still send it tomorrow, but he didn't even bother in reading the Damn thing!

9/21/2012: And the interview letter comes in snail mail.. October 22nd, 2pm in Sacramento..Time to get the final stuff together.. (Day 44)

I'm wondering why I'm not getting my interview notice!

I'm in Los Angeles! Could that be the reason?

Its been two weeks since my biometrics and no update.

It took approx 2 weeks for us to get interview notice. However your local office really plays a lot into time frames as well. Also, noting that a lot of the August filers are getting EAD/AP already and we still have not received a peep regarding ours.. It is hard to wait, trust me I know..

~OUR STORY~

4/2012: Met online and began this cRaZY journey

9/2/2011: He proposed and I said YES!!After multiple trips back and forth.....

7/4/2012: He entered USA at LAX on B2 to visit 6 months

8/8/2012: We got married!!8/8/2012: AOS packet sent (Day 0)

OOOOH!! That sucks!! At least you have us to complain to!!

i did the same fillled everything and put a post it on signature and date. double check if he wrote correctly in printed name line 30! USPS has that $17 overnight priority envelope. make him send the last page.

And make photocopies of those 2 pages plus all the paystubs, etc... I was in a hurry and didn't make a copy of my FIL papers for my records, I guess for the interview I have to make a new set of copies.

I'm wondering why I'm not getting my interview notice!

I'm in Los Angeles! Could that be the reason?

Its been two weeks since my biometrics and no update.

If you read my post on last page to epsonderby. It was taking 2-3 weeks last month, now it's 3-4 weeks after biometrics. It has only been two weeks since yours. wait a little more.

August filers are getting EAD/AP already and we still have not received a peep regarding ours.. It is hard to wait, trust me I know..

EADs seems to be coming 23-28 days after interview text notice. 1 week before interview.

I had to fill the paperwork again, he is going to overnight the signature page. I have my RFE response ready to go. So I will send it tomorrow. Do I really need to make copies of that?? He sent me a lot of papers...I mean A LOT. He gave a new meaning to the words "complete tax report"...that thing has like 40 pages
