Have you had a text message or email yet? I'm on day 46 now, I think? I just keep looking at others and their time lines. I seem to have slowed down.

I did biometrics on 09-14-2012 and haven't heard anything after that, no updates, emails or text messages. :(

08-09-2012: Filed I-130, I-485, I-765 Chicago Lockbox.

08-15-2012: Received NOA for all 3 applications and Biometrics Appointment (09-14-2012).

09-04-2012: RFE for Initial Evidence for I-485

09-07-2012: RFE Response Sent.

09-11-2012: USCIS Website updated to "Request for Evidence Response Review".

09-14-2012: Biometrics Appointment done.

10-03-2012: Text message EAD in production.

10-12-2012: EAD Received

10-24-2012: Txt Message for Interview (11-29-2012)

11-29-2012: Interview: Approved on the spot

Day 1 Received the next day via UPS

Day 6 08/27/2012 email and text for all 4

Day 10 08/31/12 NOA1 for all 4 and Biometric appointment for 09/21

Day 18 09/08/12 REF on I-485, waiting for the letter

Day 31 09/21/12 Biometrics done

Day 34 09/24/12 RFE hard copy for I-864

Day 51 10/11/12 RFE Response sent (about 30 days behind)

Day 55 10/15/12 RFE response review

Day 64 10/24/12 Online status changed to EAD/AP Card production

Can I get a drivers license with the NOA's in Florida? Everyone keeps telling me that I can but I don't believe it.

I wouldn't be surprised if the delay is with my office because of the large number of DA cases that have likely been generated in the past month or so. I'll just keep waiting anyway. I'm sure news is just around the corner.

11/29/12 - AOS Interview in Atlanta - 10 minutes long and approved on the spot.

ROC in 2014!

08/09/2012 - confirmation of package delivery

08/14/2012 - text/email notification of all 4 application acceptance

08/24/2012 - received biometric appt for 09/07/2012

08/27/2012 - successful walk-in biometric in Atlanta

08/27/2012 - received NOA for I-485, I-131, I-765 still waiting for I-131

10/01/2012 - received NOA for Initial Interview on November 1st in Atlanta

10/11/2012 - received text notification that EAD is in production

10/19/2012 - received EAD in the mail

11/01/2012 - interview in Atlanta: no approval on the spot

11/01/2012 - text notification later that day that I was being registered as a permeant resident :)

11/09/2012 - GC in hand

Checked USCIS case status and they have mailed me my interview letter!

It's scheduled for November 7 :D

"On October 3, 2012, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for November 7, 2012, at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER. Please follow the instructions on the notice. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center."

Only thing I'm confused about is it says at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER. Wouldn't it be at my uscis office?,

maybe it will state my corresponding office in the hard-copy letter... :thumbs:

Im super happy about the interview, but EAD would be helpful in order to gather some supporting documents!
