Good morning to my external family. October is here... Those of us having interviews soon, it's time to start organizing our folders if we haven'tbdone so yet and good luck to us all. I hope we can all come back with the great news of approval. To those of you still waiting for that text, email or snail mail about interview appointments; hang in there it's coming soon. Those with RFEs how you can get them out soon so the ball can be rolling again.

Morning!!! Hope I get the paperwork back soon. I still plan on going to my infopass tomorrow and see if I can get some answers (and hopefully make Sean understand...)

I asked my FIL for a complete tax return and W2, plus a few other stuff like biographical page of passport and last 6 pay stubs.

He will overnight it ASAP. Already have all the other stuff. Hope to get it out this week.

Yes, maybe something about EAD.

If you check our spreadsheet, not even the early august filers have got any new about it. And they are already in their day 60 and just 2 weeks away from interview (day 75)

Shouldn't it come just after biometrics are completed and interview letter is sent (about day 35-40)?

What is the use of having it under production at the same time that the interview?!

Though I am afraid they will just say that everything is supposed to com around day 90 according to official timelines, which is not our case anyway! Everything is going a little bit faster.

I am an August Filer too. we sent the packet August 06,2012 and the NOA1 date August 13,2012. Had my biometrics appointment August 31. Hoping for a smooth AOS journey everyone.

Checked the mail today and I got a notice for my INTERVIEW...so happy right now. I was not expecting it at all because I never received a text or email notification and my online case status still says acceptance. Oh well it doesn't matter now because I have my interview for November 1st. Hoping now that the EAD will come soon. Hoping everyone gets interview appointment soon!

08/27/2012 - received NOA for I-485, I-131, I-765 still waiting for I-131

10/01/2012 - received NOA for Initial Interview on November 1st in Atlanta

10/11/2012 - received text notification that EAD is in production

10/19/2012 - received EAD in the mail

11/01/2012 - interview in Atlanta: no approval on the spot

11/01/2012 - text notification later that day that I was being registered as a permeant resident :)

Checked the mail today and I got a notice for my INTERVIEW...so happy right now. I was not expecting it at all because I never received a text or email notification and my online case status still says acceptance. Good news about having your interview. The online system can be unreliable at times, so I've heard...

11/29/12 - AOS Interview in Atlanta - 10 minutes long and approved on the spot.
