Thanks guys for your wishes and wish you guys soon get your interview scheduled. Now I will start collecting documents for Interview . We just had court marriage without any witness as we planning a grand marriage with all our families in India in December with grand reception :). So do not have much to show from our marriage right now. we also did not share ring as I wanted to do in presence of all my family(as part of my culture). But I do have followings

1) house rental lease together

2) joint bank account

3) Joint electricity bill

4) She is authorized user my Credit card account

5) Photo from her visit to India to meet my parents, her parents were also there

6) lots of pics of US since 2009

7) Added her on my health insurance

8) She is beneficiary of my 401k

9) Joint phone account

10) My father visiting us next week, so lots of pics from there.

11) mail conversation since 2006

12) Telephone call record, we talked everyday

13) she is on my house insurance

14) She born in India and we follow same religion, also we are of same age. ( hope it will help).

would that be enough ?

So, you sent your package on august 9 and still didn't got hard copies on the mail? Did you got an email or text message saying that they got it and gave you a case number?

Do you have anything from the appointment? name of the person taking your fingerprints, etc? I'd call USCIS ASAP and let them know so at least you can have another bio appointment (and yell at them on the phone)

Honestly it never occurred to me that i should get the name of the individual who did it. But my appointment letter was stamped and dated. I'm not home now but i'll definitely call them later

Yes, I sent my package with G sumting form so I got that email n text w/ case number but no hard copy till now. But few days ago I read online my status, they said I need to update my address because the post office has sent back my mail. I never move out, don't know how could this happen

08/31/2012 : case status online changes says post office return my mail as undeliverable

09/04/2012 : case status online changes says uscis sent the documents

09/13/2012 : received NOA 1 of I-765 and Biometric Appt for 09/25/2012 at 10am, no NOA 1 for I-485

09/19/2012: walk in biometric done

09/28/2012: online notice for interview

10/13/2012: EAD approved

10/18/2012: EAD mailed

10/22/2012: EAD in hand

10/31/2012: interview canceled due to separated file not show up

12/05/2012: Interview at Casper office at 1pm, no decision

01/04/2013: received email and text about Approval

01/09/2013: card production ordered

01/10/2013: welcome letter arrived in the mail

01/14/2013: Card in the mail, woohoo

I-751 / ROC

09/15/2014: Sent packages out

09/18/2014: California office received the packages

09/22/2014: get the NOA receipt mail about 1 year extension
