Shranjan, you did your biometrics on Aug 20th and still haven't heard anything? Dang, that just means it's taking longer. It seems the May, June & July filers were getting some "card in production" updates within a week after their biometrics... guess it's slowed down a bit. Oh well, I will keep checking my online status 2 sometimes 3 times a day! lolol Call me obsessive, haha

Just received msg for Interview on 10/15/2012 :)

Does that means that I will not get any RFE ?

Oh my, it's done.. No more obsessing over paperwork and organizing, our AOS is sent 8/8/2012 and received by USCIS 8/10/2012. Now the waiting game begins for our notices and interview. It's been a hectic journey up to this point, let's hope the remainder is a bit more smooth sailing.. Good luck to any fellow filers

I sent my wife's paperwork on August 8th too. OMG, our biometrics were scheduled for the same day too. Let's see who beats who. Bring it on USCIS. Good luck everybody.

Yes, if you got your interview, it means no RFE

Day 0 08/21/2012 Sent I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131

Day 1 Received the next day via UPS

Day 6 08/27/2012 email and text for all 4

Day 10 08/31/12 NOA1 for all 4 and Biometric appointment for 09/21

Day 18 09/08/12 REF on I-485, waiting for the letter

Day 31 09/21/12 Biometrics done

Day 34 09/24/12 RFE hard copy for I-864

Day 51 10/11/12 RFE Response sent (about 30 days behind)

Awesome!! I do not think it means you will NOT get one but I would think chances are better you might not. I have heard of someone getting one AFTER the interview.... I am guessing they didn't go completely prepared. Maybe others can chime in and offer something more concrete :)

Guy's, we never recieved hard copies of NOA1's in the mail but we got three e-mails & texts. Is that something to worry about? Our biometrics are done anyway.
