I have a question if anyone can shed some insight. I am just curious as on my online info, my I-485 shows a date of Aug 16th that my "fingerprint fee was accepted" and they mailed me a letter explaining how the will process my case, yada, yada, yada. The I-130, EAD and AP show a date of Aug 7th and again the letter being mailed notice. What's with the different dates??

I don't think that really matters. My 130,765 and 131 have a different date than my I-485.

I guess it's just when they entered your information to the system? Sometimes they don't do all the forms at the same time

dunno...mines show the same date for all of them

Day 1 Received the next day via UPS

Bio-metrics in 9 days!

11/29/12 - AOS Interview in Atlanta - 10 minutes long and approved on the spot.

Just attempted a walk-in here in Vegas. Unfortunately, today they opened later than usual because of some sort of ceremony/conference not quite sure, but there were people outside the building waiting to get in. Once they opened the doors I was told there was to many people there and that I wouldn't be able to do it today. The security guy was nice about it, so I'll go back on my scheduled date 9/19 :)

I also think its a matter of when you're entered in the system.

For my I-130 & I-765 I have a date of August27 and both in "Initial Review"

and for my I-485 the date is August17 and is in "Acceptance"

As long as I log in and see no RFE I'm happy :thumbs:

Shranjan, you did your biometrics on Aug 20th and still haven't heard anything? Dang, that just means it's taking longer. It seems the May, June & July filers were getting some "card in production" updates within a week after their biometrics... guess it's slowed down a bit. Oh well, I will keep checking my online status 2 sometimes 3 times a day! lolol Call me obsessive, haha
