Here in IL you can drive with a foreign license for 90 days if you are "visiting".

Day 0 08/21/2012 Sent I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131

Day 1 Received the next day via UPS

Day 6 08/27/2012 email and text for all 4

Day 10 08/31/12 NOA1 for all 4 and Biometric appointment for 09/21

Day 18 09/08/12 REF on I-485, waiting for the letter

Just got my messages confirming I-130 and my LPR status! I can't wait for my GC to come so I can sign up for the National Guard! Start work on Monday too! Good times :)

I can't wait for Xanax and Elbear to have their interviews so we can say that all of us August filers can say we got through all this and came out the other side :)

11/29/12 - AOS Interview in Atlanta - 10 minutes long and approved on the spot.

I don't see how calling will help? They are processing the dates they are processing and people from June and July are ahead of me. My office seems to be the slowest.

Because according to the website, my office was processing applications from July...calling or making an infopass is not going to hurt anything

I called a week ago and was told the information was correct, I asked to speak to a level 2 and was told the site was correct.

I can try and make and info pass but it seems in vain.

The only reason I am concerned is I am giving birth in early March and I don't want my interview to be around my due date, otherwise I would just be patient.

I would maybe think about speaking to your congressmen/senator's office and getting them to start looking into it. Don't they have 4 months to adjudicate your I-485? based on the website at least? You must been coming close to that now?

I think infopass would be a waste of time as they literally can't do anything for you as your case is still with NBC until they assign you the interview slot and it gets sent to your local office.

Unfortunately, every field office has their own processing times ranging from as little as 2 months but 3-5 is the norm. Our office does not have a month estimate, only the date they are processing :( Ours appears to be sitting at 6-7 months. As far as I'm aware, because our petition is not sitting open outside normal processing times for our office I don't think there is anything an elected official can do.

I don't begrudge anyone who has got ther interviews or GC's I just don't want to be sitting in the interview having contractions, you know :P And there is no appeal from my adjustment if denied so I HAVE to go when they say and their is no expedite based on a pregnancy.
