maybe... everybody has get it between day 10 and 18, usually before NOA hard copy.

I got my hard copy just 3 days after email, but I would have prefer getting bio.

Does MSC simply stand for Missouri service center?

I think I have read somewhere that it indeed does, but I am not 100% sure on that

Yes it does. It also goes by NBC. So on case status when it says that it was forwarded to the NBC they're also referring to the Missouri Center
