We went through this. We ended up emailing the embassy once we got our NOA2. We made sure we put in the NOA2 #, her previous address, her new address and included phone # and email. (even though we sent email) The Consulate in Rio responded to us within a few days that they had received it and we had no problems.

Good Luck

Once the US citizen receives the NOA2, which is basically the approval for the I-129F petition. There will be a case# on it. Once you have that number, email the embassy/consulate that you wish to submit a change of address. Include all the information needed to facilitate their matching up of records. Beneficiary name, case# from NOA2, A# from the NOA2, old address, new address... etc...... That way, when they receive the packet, they will know how to establish contact. Following up is advised also.

However, in our case, the Rio de Janeiro Consulate does not mail anything out anymore. They send an email with a link to their website with instructions. Some consulates still mail packets with instructions, others send an email. I would look into where ever you are going for your interview and find out as much information as possible.

OR, just call the service center and ask them what to do.
