I know it is acceptable in the regional forums to speak in the national language but probably the majority of folks on VJ are beneficiaries and are here in America. If you could write it out in English there will be a lot of experienced folks jumping in to help you out with your questions. Either way you want to do it, i hope your questions get answered for you. Good Luck.

On my passport, my surname is Marcos. I'm using the surname of the father of my baby. What if I fill out the G325A, what name should I use? Is it Santos, which is my single name, which is right? Then I will attach my annulment paper because before I am married. And after that, I am still here in Italy. Am I right? I need your help, sis, thank you and God Bless.

Or at least that is how my wife translated it to me.

If you were married, and changed your last name, that is your last name, unless you processed paperwork to change it back. Getting an annulment by itself does not change your name. What does your passport say? Santos or Marcos?
