Dear Ms. Camacho,

On March 6, 2012, the Vermont Service Center (VSC) received the Petition for Alien Fiancé (e) (Form I-129F), Receipt Number EAC129014xxxx, filed by Ronald Moore.

The current processing time for I-129F petitions is 5 months. Processing times for specific applications and petitions at the VSC are provided on the www.uscis.gov website and are updated weekly. Based on fluctuations and variables that impact the processing times and for the purpose of interim or final adjudicative processing, the VSC allows 30 days beyond the posted date before the case is considered "Outside of Normal Processing Time" (ONPT).

At this time the VSC is no longer expediting I-129F petitions for ONPT unless there is an emergent situation. In such cases, please provide documentation for further review.

This petition remains pending at this time.

Ron, I understand your frustrations but unfortunately VSC is really slow currently. And latest what is been floating around they are still processing January petitions. As much as I wish everyone a speedy approval this process does take time, hoping you will get yours soon.

So Ron it appears that they can't do anything with your case until Sept. 6 (since your 5 months is Aug. 6)? Unless they process it sooner. :crying::crying: We're in the same boat then Ron... Just hang in there. I plan on contacting my rep first part of September.
