question about the D-230

Hi,

I have a question about D-230. On question 31b it says to list persons named in 14 and 29 who will follow you to United States at a later date.

My husband has kids from a previous marriage who are living with their mom. He would like them to visit him when he gets to USA at a later time.

Should I include them or is this for children who will live permanently in USA with the person applying?

Thanks for any advice again!

Jenny

Yes correct. Unless he plans to file to petition them to immigrate that doesn't apply to them here.

No, don't list them.
