Hello Everyone

I am new to this forum but I see several people with great experience I would like everyone opinion if possible please see below my situation and response what is the chances to get my case approval and what is the next step from USCIS?

My wife and two kids USC and I applied for 485-601 back in 2004 front of IJ my case was on hold for almost 5 years due to several internal issues. finally my IJ terminate the proceeding back in 2009 with consent of ICE who thought my crime is not big crime (Misrepresantation)so they closed the proceeding and ask us to process through USCIS. I also have 245I and I am eligible to adjust in country.

Anyway finally last week we had interview for i130-485 and 601 our interview went through successfully, We been married for 9 yrs and have two USC kids and I have 1 kid from previous relationship. After the interview adjudicator told us she will approve i130 shortly and will review my file and get back to us my question is:

1. How long will it take before I receive approval for 1130, 485 and 601?

2. What are the chances get approval my 485,601 by looking at my case?

My hardship is base on wife and kids. I was convicted of CIMT 10 years ago and have been rehabilitated also my older son has epilepsy and he is on my insurance getting treatments for last two years, My ex girl friend and myself have joint custody his mom also has cancer but he lives with me most of the time. My wife work part time but I am their dependable for three of them.

Canadian wife

No I did not claim USC but did fraud by working on fake documents back then right after 09/11 every small crime they were convicting people from middle east. I am from pakistan anyway I just find out from friend of mine who was in same situation as me his waiver was approved also by IJ but I am not front of judge anymore but instead USCIS processing my case.

Probably security checks.
