I am totally extatic but little scared that there's been a mistake... I mailed in my AOS papers on Sep 13, received NOA1 about ten days later, and had did my biometrics on Oct 5th. My case was transferred to CSC and touched 3 times w/in last week. The last email I received was on Oct 18th saying that my case was received for processing in California but I just got a welcome to the USA notice in the mail saying that my case was approved and I will get my card w/in 3 weeks!!! I was never called for an interview so I am worried that there was some kind of mistake??? Is this possible that I was approved this quick and without an interview ?
