Why was it sent back originally? I've read a lot on here that it's actually a good thing when USCIS says they have it and its under review! Most people I have seen get good news shortly after? Hopefully thats your story too! :-)

I know someone that went through this and currently I am in the same boat as you (only I have been waiting for 102 days (so I got 18 more days to call). From what she told me, they will send you the NOIR soon....so be prepared, gather all evidence you can (if you havent already). Depending on the basis the CO in DR said why he/she thought your marriage was not bonafied. In her case she sent all evidance from the begining up until the 1st interview because that is what USCIS asked for specifically and within a month after sending everything her case was reaffirmed and her next interview is at the end of this month.

Stay positive and good luck and God bless

that's the thing, we didn't really have much proof at the interview, we had three years worth of western union receipts and a lot of travel, but after the interview i started collecting proof of communication, more proof of travel.....tons of pics and proof of that we went to a resort together.
