I will be having my second CR1 interview after 11 months. Our case was revoked and reaffirmed

Has anyone ever gone through the same experience? Did u do a new medical (the embassy told us to wait till time of interview to be determined if we need a new medical)? Were the questions asked similar to what the CO asked during the first interview? Was the the 2nd interview longer or shorter

Thank you for sharing and may God reward you for your time

Moved from IR-1/CR-1 Process & Procedures to Africa: Sub-Saharan regional forum; the interview stage of the process (including interviews after reaffirmation of a petition) is a country specific issue. In the case of the OP, the topic is Nigeria specific. Duplicate thread removed.

No I have not experienced this, but police certain and medicals expire. If you don't take new ones with you and you are approved the second go around you will be asked to bring them back. You may be asked more questions, you might get asked fewer, it's the luck of the draw plus what the CO might have thought was questionable prior.

The second interview may either be easier or harder than the first. They could still deny if they "uncover" a new fact that wasn't covered in the original submission or any additional infomation that is now in the package. So if you get the unlucky coin flip and land a hard interview they will be poking deeply into your relationship and how well you know each other. Be prepared for questions about parents , siblings, schools attended.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

If the reason for the first denial hasn't changed yet, there is a probability they will deny you again...... But am sure you have overcome whatever reason for denying you the first time....... They may ask you few questions, they might ask you more questions nobody knows.

As for the medicals and police report, am sure they ask for a new one because the last one has expired, so they might require for new ones

GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS
