Questions about getting married w/ tourist visa without intention to stay

Hello everyone, first off I apologize if this topic has been asked before or if this isn't the right sub-forum to post this.

My name is Amelia and I'm an Indonesian citizen. I've been dating my American boyfriend for 2 years now. He has been living & working in Taiwan for about 3 years now. We're planning to get married in the US then returning to my home country (Indonesia) so he can take an English teaching class & I can finish my college. The reason for this is because my bf doesn't want to move back to the US yet but he wants to visit his family during Christmas. The travel cost to the US from Taiwan is very big and we plan to get married while on vacation so we won't have to buy a plane ticket to the US again later just to get married.

So my questions are:

-Is it possible to get legally married in the US to a US citizen on a travel visa? Note again that we wish to go back to Indonesia a week after we get married. I don't wish to apply for a green card for at least 2 years.

-If it's indeed possible, what documents do I need to be able to get a marriage license? We're planning to get married in the state of Washington.

-What sort of things should I expect from the immigration after I got married in the US? Will I be in trouble or be accused of visa fraud?

-I haven't apply for my tourist visa yet (planning to apply this month). Do I have to tell the officers interviewing me that I'm planning to get married in the US and return home? Should I just tell them I'm going for a vacation (which is true anyway)? The US embassy in my country is famous for being quite paranoid and wouldn't issue visas to some people even though they have lots of documents that proves they're going to come back to their home country.

Please give me your advice. Thank you so much beforehand.

Yes you can get married while here. Check the marriage laws in the state you wish to get married in.

The problem arises when people come over here planning to get married and stay without going through the proper immigration process.

When applying for the tourist visa, the assumption will be made that you have plans to immigrate. You will have to overcome that precedence.

Things such as owning property, documents from school showing your class schedule, letters of employment for you and your US boyfriend, etc.... Showing that you both plan on returning will be strong evidence. Never lie to the officers, there are bad consequences that you may not be able to overcome. (like future bans)

The chances of you obtaining a B2 are low, perhaps something to consider if you get one. Horse Cart etc.
