How to fill out the I-134 if using a Joint Sponsor

Hey everyone,

I have gotten an e-mail from the NVC telling me the next steps in our visa journey, which is to pay the AOS fee of $88 dollars and then of course to submit the AOS paper work and supporting documents. I know as the petitioner I am required to fill out form I-134 even if I am unable to financially qualify. I am currently a full time college student so my mom is going to sponsor my husband. I am unsure how to answer questions #7-11 on the I-134, do I just answer N/A or none? and on number #11 do I answer intend or don't intend? Im confused and would really appreciate the help. Thank you

As the petitioner for spouse visa, you fill out the I-864, not the I-134. Download and study the extensive and excellent instructions along with the form itself. After you've carefully studied those instructions and the form, we'll be here for remaining questions.

You are filling out an I-864, there is no such form as an I-184.

sorry I always mix up numbers x.x I meant I-864 and I know I've probably sounded a bit like an idiot lately lol but I would rather be sure of everything then make mistakes.
