Congratulations to both of you,

What did you mean by saying " I will advice all petitioners and beneficiaries to consider AP when they buy tickets." ? i've got a 221(g) at my interview, AP, i am through CR-1, we had no K-1, because we were married in my country (not USA), we filed on Feb 2011. thanks for any help

Congratulations to both of You.

I have some questions because i got the 221(g) at my interview, it does not say (returned to the USCIS), but i need to know if we have anything in common.

I am through CR-1 visa, there was no K-1 at first because we were married in my home country (not USA), (we actually planned to establish our life here permanently but things turned hard so we decided to move to USA but i need the visa to make that move), our attorney filed the I-129F, then I-130, it was the K-3 at first but halfway he switched it to CR-1 (i don't remember why and how), the process started on February 2011 and my interview was on August 23, 2012.

I hope that you're gonna be able to see the things we have in common, so an idea is clear about the timeframe for me while the AP is taking place.

thanks and congrats

P.S The consular officer at the day of interview told me that they're going to call me, she did not keep my passport.
