we got approveddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd yesterday. i woke up today and before i call my fiance i check my email and it says approveddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd.

i did call to USCIS on 6th Aug and within 2 days it got approved. i hire lawyer and i was pissed off on him but i feel guilty that who knows the person who check my file might think that we have lawyer so he/she didn't pay enough attention to all these details.this is just my thought but we both are really happy i can't express in words. hope now we get NVC Case # very soon! :)

my letter of intend was original but beneficiary's intend of letter was not original and even due to my lawyer's advice i signed G-325a for my fiance behalf of him and these both are could be the reaosn to RFE and even in the i-129f application he wrote down in that specific place about how we met we didn't send 2 or 3 pages of our story with it and i read so many posts here which make me totally shattered that i would get RFE but believe me every case is differenttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt

from my exp i would say dnt compare your case with any one ! think positive and pray hard!!!!
