Hello everyone!

But he wants to switch it in September or October(he wants to do millitary), and we are going to apply in November. Can we still do this, if he gets his job one month before we apply?can this changeaffect on the receiving K-1 visa? Please answer me as faster as possible!it is really important!!!

You won't be applying for the K-1 visa yet. First the USC needs to file the I-129F petition. Once that is approved months later, then you will be able to apply for the K-1 through the US consulate in your country. Him joining the military will not have a negative impact on your petition or your ability to receive a K-1.

How is this urgent?

The I-134 won;t be handed in until your interview, about 6+ months after he petitions you. So he'll have about half a year's paystubs or military pay to show, no worries.

Won't affect it at all! My fiance came out of the military and changed his job just 2 weeks before my final K1 interview! We just put it on the affidavit of support and got the manager at his new job to write a letter stating he was working there and how much he would be earning. Certainly nothing to worry about yet!

A dream is a wish your heart makes.

What is the most difficult part in this whole process?

Months of waiting without hearing a thing from USCIS.
