Does anyone know if I have to have the long form of my birth certificate and does it have to be legalized I have the original birth certificate i am the Usc in my case I sent for the long form but it has not arrived and I leave on Friday

As the USC, you shouldn't need a birth certificate at the interview. I didn't have one and I was never asked for one. The only thing I used my BC for was to get married in DR and for the petition. I think you should be fine unless something changed recently.
