My fiance' asked me this question and I can't find the answer..

After K1 approval, marriage and AOS; can she return to Russia to visit family or is this not allowed for the first 2 years ?

My mind is drawing a blank.. Sorry for posting/asking this simple question as I am sure it has been asked and answered a thousand times. I've spent the past hour searching the various forms, and although I have learned some new things, I haven't found an answer.. The closest thing I found was information about applying for advanced parole.

Thanks...

She can travel once she has obtained Advance Parole or her Greencard. This will happen around 3 months after AOS submission. Expect a few months where she cannot travel. To minimize this time, marry and apply for AOS sooner.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
