My Wife and my self are planing to move to a better appartment in the comin months will i have to do something w. The Imigration DEpt ?

Does we need to notify due th eher status . She still have almost 7 months to start the removing condition process .

yes she has to change the address. it is a requirement for permanent residents to notify USCIS when they change their address.

As an LPR you are required by law to notify USCIS of any address changes.

You have to do nothing. Just when you start the roc application. Write the new address in the form

Not only does she have to file a change of address form (AR-11), but YOU as the sponsor have to fill out a change of address form as well (I-865). Both forms can be found on USCIS's site.

She has 10 days after moving to report the change of address, and you have 30 days.
