It wouldn't hurt to include the letter. It's not a guarantee that they will not ask for it again on the RFE, though.

What's the worst that can happen? That they send you an actual RFE for it and you reply to it too.... that's all.

So, sure, go ahead and add them to your expedite request.

05/01/2012 USCIS acceptance date routed to VSC

05/12/2012 NOA1

10/09/2012 Wedding

10/20/2012 I-130 Sent to Chicago Lockbox via UPS

10/22/2012 Filing Date

10/25/2012 confirmation email and text ( MSC )
