can i use the incident last month when i was attacked by a woman with a knife in our internet cafe and warned me that she will get back to kill me to expedite the case? i can get a police report as evidence..

You can try... Did you get stabbed sliced??? Hospitalized ?

Is there a history, was it the first time you were attacked (reported to police)

she wasnt able to stabbed me because i fought.. police came during the incident.. they werent able to get her imprisoned coz she has some mental problem but she did warned me that she will kill me.. yes.. it was the first time.. there was a police report...

I unfortunately do not believe this will qualify you for an expedite. Nothing to stop you from trying, though.

You can try…. There is no guaranteed answer if your case will get approved or not.

For your case it seems it was just a threat made by the woman and it seems it was just one of case unless that woman has some specific reason for such action against you.

nope i think you'll get deny....few months ago i file for expedite with same reason..it was deny...to make things worst seems that they hold my case longer lol i tried 2x no luck...unless i guess my fiance body will be found floating somewhere probably they will consider it lol

I don't believe they will expedite your case at all. It was a bad incident of course, but it's not regarding a person or group of people threatening your physical well being on a daily basis to the point you need to get out of your Country otherwise she he will kill you. The danger must subsist.
