I understand that once the K1 fiance enters the US. There is a 90 day period were we must get married. My questions is are those 90 days including weekends or only working days. Thanks in advance for your response.

Yes it includes weekends.

good.gif 90 consecutive days. The beneficiary will receive a little piece of paper at POE, called i-94; which is part of a form you fill in to enter the US. A CBP officer will write down a date on that piece of paper. It should be 90 days, but you should really just pay attention to THAT date written down. Sometimes they give you exactly 90 days and some other times, they don't (by mistake or whatever). You just need to get married before that deadline.

SO! When the time comes, PAY ATTENTION, to whatever the CBP officer wrote yes.gif

If you need more time to arrange the wedding you have options. One is to just simply delay entry to the US. This will delay the start of the 90 days. The other is the two of you quietly go to the court house and get married by a judge to meet the legal 90 day requirement. Then have the church wedding and party with guests latter.
