SLEC is open today. I just finished my first day of medical exam. there are not a lot of people there today due to the flood. there was a delay on the operation because of unavailability of doctors due to the flood. but some doctors made it so they resumed the operations. i'll be back tomorrow for the immunization.

Ema also finished her medical today and said the trip to the airport was good as well.

300 peso. Made her flight on time, but they had a small delay leaving. Next week it's back

to maila for her interview. I'm still praying for the VJers there and the residents of Manila.

I will be having my Interview the following day.Hoping this coming week, this massive flooding will be drained out  and that US Embassy is back to business.I think US Embassy will relocate to other place that's away from massive flooding so that no visa applicant will have such disappointments.

just an update. for those whose wondering if they can go to SLEC without the hassle of the flood. i took a different route today. yesterday i passed EDSA going to Roxas Blvd as the flood is not that bad in that area. today i took the MRT/LRT to UN Ave and the street is a little flooded. i can't walk to SLEC from UN because of the flood so i took a pedicab. They said its 6o pesos but I waited to get a great deal of 35 pesos. lol! pedicab drivers took advantage of the weather. if you're not good at haggling, then be prepared to pay 60. when i was done with my immunization, the water already subsided and the sun started shining. :) so i just took a 10 mins walk from SLEC to LRT.
