I submitted my application with form I-90 to replace my GC with a waiver form, since I don't have the money to pay , which is close to 500 bucks.

Now I have not received a receipt from the Phoenix, AZ office and it's been close to 2 weeks.

Does anybody now how long does it take? I kinda need the NOA to take to the office and get my passport stamped, since I need to get a copy of my social security card which I also lost.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks :D

Well ususally getting NOA-1 takes about 10-14 business days. But you requested a fee waiver, which needs to be reviewed first before them processing application. If they will approve your fee waiver they will send you the NOA-1 then.
