The US Embassy will not be able to accept applicants today due to unforeseen circumstances. American citizens with non-visa related appointment will be contacted by our American Citizen Services section when we reopen. Visa Applicants can reschedule appointments by visiting the Embassy Manila’s Visa Information and Appointment Service online at http://ustraveldocs.com/ph or by calling (632) 982-5555 or (632) 902-8930.

The call center is open Monday-Friday, from 8am-8pm(Manila Time), except on US and Philippine holidays. You must have the case number, passport number, and passport expiry date for each applicant (principal applicant and derivative family members) ready when requesting a visa appointment.

Callers in the US should call (214) 571 1600 from 8pm-8am(EST)

05/25/12 - Received case #, IIN, and BIN, gave e-mail addresses, sent optin e-mail
05/25/12 - Received info package and AOS bill e-mails from NVC
05/25/12 - AOS bill invoiced & paid ($88)
05/29/12 - AOS bill appears as PAID
06/01/12 - IV Bill Invoiced & PAID ($230 x2)
06/04/12 - IV Bill Shows PAID
06/15/12 - AOS & IV Packages sent
07/02/12 - RFE email received
07/06/12 - Sent NSO copy of MC and BC

Does this mean that the beneficiaries with interview scheduled today have to reschedule and follow whatever available schedule they have online? Wow that's a big set back because I've heard earliest date is last week of September. How sad for them, another delay.

I guess if you already scheduled your interview or you suppose to have interview today or yesterday they might still include you

this August interview, they might just double time during that day, like they will add/insert 1 applicant per

hour per day. of course they will prioritize those who already got an appointment, and not throw back to the last schedule.
