Here is something interesting regarding Vawa timeline. Vermont Service Center VAWA Unit Stakeholder Call (conference call) May 9, 2012.In May 2012 they were working on April 2011 cases.

Oh dear God, it's an epidemic. You Guys need to stop birch whipping each other and having Mothers hold down Wifeys for rapesfests.
