Birth Certificate

My fiance finally received the package 3. Now we are gattering all the documents required for the interview in poland (fiance is from Belarus). does anybody know if the birth certificate needs to have an apostille? does enybody know if we suppost to receive a form to obtain the police certificate?

Also, my fiance received two packages the same day, apparently they are the same but not sure why she received two of the same. What is Package 4, what is included in this package?

If I understand your position in your visa journey. once you are at the interview phase, the instructions and requirements can vary quite a bit from each interviewing embassy/consulate to another.
