hi im spouse of LPR my visa in not current still now in nvc center PD april 2011 my husband send email to nvc to ask them about our process they send him an email that they will send to him the package and form of sponsor to complete it they didn t write in the email exactly when they will send it but they told him that they will send it

my PD is not current yet april 2011 f2a why they send this email ???

It looks like they will be sending AOS/IV documents. They do that when they "think" you will be current within 9 months. It is their way of giving you time to get your papers in order. Once you send everything to NVC they will close your case and you will be waiting for interview whenever you become current.

I am hoping it is a good sign that they are sending out AOS/IV for April 2011......maybe PD is getting little bit closer :) Make sure your husband follows up with NVC. Good luck!
