.

However if multiple people are shot and live, or multiple people are shot and killed in a city but by different shooters and the shooter(s) is/are NOT white, then it's not news.

In the United States you can get those in the local newscast.

And there it is! Didn't take but two pages.

Wade Michael Page, the man suspected of killing six people at a Sikh temple in suburban Wisconsin, was a member of a racist skinhead band, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Soon after Page was identified as the suspect Monday morning, the SPLC reported that he founded the band End Apathy, which the organization described as a "racist white power" trio.

Clearly his motive was racial...

According to Heidi Beirich, director of the Southern Poverty Law Center 's intelligence project, the group has been tracking Page since 2000, when he allegedly attempted to purchase goods from the neo-Nazi National Alliance. The National Alliance, according to the law center, was once considered “America’s most important hate group.”

Really? How do you know this? The FBI is calling it domestic terrorism.

Yeah, bad example.

I'm sure some dudes find John Kerry attractive, perhaps that pic should be posted in one of the Chik Fil A threads.

Domestic terrorism, that's all you need to know.

only when a white guy is the shooter.

when the muslim army psychiatrist shot a bunch of white people, yelling "en shallah", it was not a hate crime or domestic terrorism.

when a group of african american "black power" thugs threatened to beat white people going into a polling place in philadelphia it was not a hate crime or domestic terrorism.

see the difference?

if "black power" is a cool thing to say, then why is "white power" a bad thing to say?

I would completely disagree with both the examples you pointed out.

1. When the Muslim Army psychiatrist attacks the base, he was not targeting any particular race or religion, he was targeting US NATIONALS. He did not kill those ppl coz he thought ppl with brown or black skin should be supreme and should rule the world.

2. Black power did not attack or kill anyone, they merely made a threat.

In this case the crime was based on color of skin and he killed the ppl, hence it was domestic terrorism.

Which race or religion did UBL target on September 11 2001?

you are right, maybe the attack on Forthood could had been labelled as Domestic Terrorism. Than the question is who makes the call if the attack is considered Domestic terrorism or not?

Media or someone else makes this call?

Terrorism is the systematic use of terror, especially as a means of coercion. In the international community, however, terrorism has no universally agreed, legally binding, criminal law definition.[1][2] Common definitions of terrorism refer only to those violent acts which are intended to create fear (terror), are perpetrated for a religious, political or, ideological goal; and deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants (civilians).

For purposes of how the FBI treats it, the FBI makes the call. Isn't that obvious?
