So I need some tips and advice here, I have an interview coming up for adjustment of status from and F-1 to Green Card through marriage, my worry and am talking about sleepless night is this,

We got married on February 26th 2012, we filed June 22, 2012 my F-1 is still active and i still have a full athletic scholarship,

1.The documents i need to prove our marriage is whats bothering me, Me and my wife have 3 cars one i purchased it but we have all 3 cars under her name only and insurance only since it was cheaper going with her alone adding me will have raised the price, how will that affect me during interview.

2. we owe a house but i never felt the need to add my name since she bought it before we got married. The utilities are under her name alone except the cable and internet bill which is under my name solely.

3. We have a post office box that has both my name and her mums name.

3 we have joint checking account and savings account 2 separate ones.

4. we have 2 credit cards but she is just an account user under them which the statement does not show shld i just show them her card.

5. We have a 2 year old son me and her lived together for 4 years before we got married will that help out.

6. I have flight Itinerary over 25 receipt showing me flying back and fort when i was out of state schooling do i need all that.

7. we have pictures of vacation and concert we took our soon to.

Now my worry is do i have a solid case to prove my marriage is bonafide even though the main assets have her name only?? Am really worried since i was a one time shut and does any body have any experience with the Hialeah office in Florida and do they still stamp passport since i haven't received my EAD yet.

Thank You Vj members.

There is no required proof. It is not a matter of having "enough" proof, it is a matter of having a real relationship. If you are a scammer, no amount of manufactured evidence is going to save you. On the other hand, if you are real, they can tell without a lot of evidence. Worst case scenario, they can ask you about your lives together, and you'll be able to answer easily. What did you have for dinner last night? Who drove here? What does your son do for daycare? etc. So, relax :)

My husband is only an authorized user on my credit cards, so his name doesn't show up on statements. I just photocopied our credit cards to demonstrate they had the same number, and handed those over. The IO even said "Well you trust him with the money, that's a good sign."

I think what you have sounds pretty good. Add more pictures if you have them.
